I came up with this one after I discovered that I had no cream to make a traditional chocolate martini. It uses a bit more milk than a normal martini would cream, but I promise that it tastes just as good as anything you would get in a restaurant!
- 2 ounces chocolate syrup
- 2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces milk (we used 1% and it worked, but if using cream I would suggest using only 2 oz)
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Amaretto
- 1 ounce cherry juice
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Add everything but cherries; shake vigorously.
- Strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with cherries. Enjoy!
