  • coconut milk (chilled and separated... use only the thick cream at the top)
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons stevia
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Whip creamy chilled coconut milk with a hand mixer (discard the leftover clear liquid a the bottom of the coconut milk can).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Eat right away or chill in the fridge to make it a little thicker!
