    Here is a simple recipe that I make at Christmas time. Easy, fast and everyone seems to like them!

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix oatmeal, coconut, cocoa, salt and vanilla into bowl.
    2. 2
      Mix sugar, milk and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Quickly mix in remaining ingredients, blending well.
    3. 3
      Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet (or counter) lined with wax paper. Let cool and serve.
