- 236.59 ml unsalted butter (room tempiture)
- 118.29 ml extra virgin coconut oil
- 29.58 ml vegetable shortening
- 414.03 ml light brown sugar (packed)
- 177.44 ml white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 9.85 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml salt
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 887.21 ml all-purpose flour
- 118.29 ml cornstarch
- 340.19 g package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 236.59 ml milk chocolate chips
- 78.78 ml bittersweet dark chocolate
directions
- In an electric mixer beat the butter, coconut oil and shortening til smooth. Add all sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla well. In a small bowl combine flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda and gradually add to mixture. Stir in all chocolate morsels. In 1/4 capfulls spoon on a cookie sheet or stoneware (my personal favorite) Bake 2-3 inches apart and bake at 375 for 12 minute.
