  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in the sugars, flour, butter, oil and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
  7. Tastes better chilled overnight to set flavor.
