Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies

This is adapted from a Cooking Light recipe. Basically just subbed in sugar substitute and brown sugar substitute. If you want to make with actual sugar, use same amount of white sugar but use 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat bottom of 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Spoon flour into dry measuring cup and combine with chocolate chips and baking soda. Add in sugars and remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  4. Spread batter in bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
