This pancake is not a breakfast food but more of a dessert!!! And as a tip don't eat it with syrup!!! I've only tried this recipe once but it was extremely good!

  1. Preheat pan on medium heat.
  2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, sugar, and mix well
  3. Beat egg yolk with vanilla and mix milk
  4. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form
  5. Combine dry ingredients with milk mixture
  6. Fold in egg white
  7. Fold 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  8. Flip when tops begin to bubble (Flip only once to keep fluffy)
  9. Enjoy!
