These are fantastic muffins. I used light brown sugar as I was out of demerara and also used mini chocolate chips, I tried vanilla yogurt and they turned out so moist and yes very big muffins they baked up nicely in 20 minutes. These are not going to last long at my house. Very easy to make. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Oh my!!! These are so good!!! I also had one warm out of the oven with a little butter and it was perfect. Nice slightly crunchy/sweet top and moist and soft center with bits of melting chips. I made 1/4 of the recipe, which gave me 4 good sized muffins. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe Pets!!
Deeeeee-licious! Used vanilla greek yogurt. Made 6 jumbo muffins plus a mini-bread-loaf pan. These muffins have a great texture and shape. I will certainly be hanging on to this recipe!
Mmmmuffins the way I love them!! With chocolate chips!! :) - Didn't have any yogurt, so used low fat sour cream instead. Used regular sugar and added a little less. These muffins were moist and oh so good! Thanks Pets! :)
These are really moist and tasty!! Made with vanilla yogurt and a mixture of chocolate chips and chunks. I had one wam out of the oven with a little butter and it was the perfect light snack; will be good for breakfast tomorrow. Made for Cook-a-thon for Pets'R'Us 5/2010.
the perfect chocolate chip muffins! I made these for my daughters class and everyone loved them. I used regular sized tins and vanilla yogurt. Looking forward to making these again, so is my daughters class! Thanks for posting :)
Finally a muffin recipe that fills my pans with the size of muffins I want! And the texture was perfect - crunchy tops and tender centers.
Made these with my 4yr old son who loves baking. Very quick and easy. I used apricot yoghurt because it was all I had, and added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. They turned out great! Thanks :-)
