Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Squares

Quick & simple and a kid favourite.

• Total Time: 15 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 9x9

• 236.59 ml peanut butter
• 118.29 ml margarine
• 2 package chocolate chips
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 1 package colored mini marshmallows

Directions:

1. On stovetop or in microwave melt first 3 ingredients.
2. When melted add vanilla and marsmallows, mix well and put in a buttered 9x9 (can use a 9x13 but they will not be as thick) Place in refrigerator to set& cool.

Oh so good!! I combined this recipe with your Butterscotch Mellows (#62358) by using half butterscotch and half chocolate chips. Some of the quantities were vague so I used 24 oz chips and a 10.5 oz bag of mini mallows. I thought it could've used more mallows. Melted the ingredients in the microwave, which made it really easy and quick to throw these together. Thanks for the recipe Rhonda!
