This is a chocolate chip cookie recipe I invented myself. It is easy to make and doesn't require that many ingredients. I am currently working on a recipe that's a little more "from scratch". Hope to add photos soon!

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Again, until well blended.
  4. Pour wet ingredients on top of dry ones and mix very well. (If you have to, mush with your hands.).
  5. By rounded tablespoon, drop (or shake) two lumps of dough (on top of each other) onto ungreased cookie sheet; about one or two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. (If you take the cookies out just a little before they're done then let them sit on the pan for a few minutes, then you get this amazing chewy/soft combo!).
