Cake
236.59 ml sugar
118.29 ml butter
473.18 ml flour
236.59 ml sour cream
2 eggs
4.92 ml baking powder
4.92 ml baking soda
4.92 ml vanilla extract
236.59 ml semisweet chocolate, shaved
Topping
118.29 ml miniature chocolate chip
118.29 ml packed brown sugar
7.39 ml cocoa powder
118.29 ml flour
59.14 ml butter
118.29 ml pecans, chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Beat sugar with 1/2 c butter until fluffy.
Add 2 cups flours and next 5 ingredients. Beat at low speed.
With a spoon stir in chocolate shavings.
Spread evenly in pan.
For topping: Mix first four ingredients.
Blend in butter with a fork until crumbly. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Crumble mixture over batter.
Bake 60-65 minutes, until cake pulls away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
