One of my co-workers brought these in and they were delicious, I could have eaten the whole thing. So I begged him for the recipe and he gave me the betty crocker cookie mix pouch. I made these last week - delicious as expected. My one concern is that I did use 3 cups of the cookie mixture for the bottom of the pan, and did not have any for the top for later. Also I am not sure if I am supposed to just place the cookie mix at the bottom or really pack it in there.
