  1. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat with sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla.
  3. Spread onto wax paper lined 8"x8" pan.
  4. Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy.
