  1. These are awesome diet treats! Always better after the second day. Worth a try!

  2. My DD (15) and her friend made these today. They are a cross between a brownie and a cake texture to me. They tasted very good and I like that they are low in fat. The girls decided to sprinkle one batch with coconut and that was good too. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

  3. I do weight watchers (these cookies are 2 points a piece). I LOVE these cookies. I even took them to work today and shared them with my non-dieting co-workers and they loved them too. I did substitute half of the flour for whole wheat flour. Works fine.

  4. This is a WW recipe, and for what it is, I love it! Can't compare them to any kind of standard cookie though. They are soft and nice and low fat, good for a treat. Thanks for posting, I had lost my recipe.

  5. I'm sorry to say that, but it was bad. What I liked is only chocolate chips. I did everything what was required. They turned out very soft and not enough sweet.

Hi there. :) What a great site! I am 36 and have been married 15 years. I'm a stay at home mom with two busy children who are like night and day. One eats everything and the other is extremely picky. Just about everything I've learned about cooking and baking has been tought to me by my sister Gayle who is a fantastic cook. :) I have a couple favorite cookbooks I use, the "Joy of Cooking" and Betty Crocker's "New Cookbook-Everything you need to know to cook." They've both been very helpful.
