1. This is a go-to recipe for me -- these are great for all the reasons already posted by other reviewers. I want to note that when I substituted coconut oil for butter [I had no butter] these turned out great. Also, I always add 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips as they go great in this recipe. I usually cook mine around 29 minutes.

 2. Definitely easy, and tasty. But the baking time was more like 36 minutes to get the middle to just set, and then the edges were too hard to enjoy.

 3. Delicious!! Just the flavor I was looking for. I used semi-sweet chips and added some walnuts. 1/2 a batch was probably a smart move on my part. Then, there's always tomorrow...

 4. I feel really bad leaving a less than 5 star review since the others were so high but this just did not turn out well for us. It looked and smelled great however the taste was bland and they were really dense. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I guess this just wasn't the one for us.

 5. Very good, especially right out of the oven after they cooled. I did the 1/2 recipe in a 9X9 like the other reviewer. Turned out great!

 2. SOOOO GOOD, and so easy too! I subbed 1/2c sucanat for that amt of brown sugar--still tastes 100% decadent!

I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
