I've made these a few times and they are one of my faves.
I add a little instant coffee or espresso powder and use about 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.

Great biscotti, I made these for my daughters ethnic food feast at school and they turned out wonderful. I omitted the walnuts and cinnamon because they were for children (allergies) and used reg. choc. chips because I did not have any minis. They were wonderful and crisp. Thanks for the great recipe.

I agree with the other reviews. Easy and VERY tasty! I made these for the farmers market so we will see how they go over with the customers-got huge raves from my DH so I'm not worried. I did melt the leftover mini chocolate chips, dip the ends of the biscotti then dunk in chopped almonds. Thanks for posting!

My husband loved these so much he made his mom taste them; that says alot! These are great with coffee or dunked in milk or even just on their own. Just make sure not to overbake them as they get very crunchy!

These are the best biscotti I've had since my grandmothers. If you love crunchy biscotti, give these a try! A++ recipe!
