Very tasty and easy recipe. My son made it using only 3/4 cup sugar and it was definitely sweet enough. TIP: let cool before slicing.

I don't bake much but I tried these and they turned out excellent. I used 3/4 cup of sugar and let cool 10-15 minutes before 2nd baking (thanks for the tips!). Taste so good, it is tempting not to do the 2nd baking. Either way, they taste delicious and it was a very easy recipe. If someone can't succeed with this easy recipe, they should be banished from the kitchen!

I made these last night and they are awesome! Tperri123, I don't know what you might've done wrong,but I didn't find the dough too wet to shape. Have you ever made biscotti before? It's a little thicker than cookie dough,but it shouldn't be runny. The only thing I did differently was use mini chocolate chips. FYI-they are actually pretty darn good before the second baking! ?

Your recipe was so wet, I couldn't even handle it. I am so disgusted by using your recipes, which I follow to the tee,, and they don't come out right.

YUM. I didn't use my food processor, but this whipped up pretty fast anyway. Nice and biscotti-like on the outside, but a little cookierier on the inside. A new favorite for our family.

Made this for mu daughter's international Christmas presentation - she was doing Italy. They turned out very good, the kids would hardly let me bake them a second time. I placed them on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet for the second baking, and baked them for about 5 minutes per side. They were very good. Thanks for the recipe!

I just finished making this, and letting it cool. They are GREAT! I have to try these with walnuts! Definetley a great recipe!
