Chocolate Chip Bars

"This recipe is from an old cookbook titled "Homemade Cookies Cook Book". I made this recipe for my church and they asked for more. I doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13" pan. With a dark pan at high altitude I generally lower the oven temp by 25 degrees and plan on baking for a bit longer. You don't want to center real jiggly when you remove it from the oven."
