My wife's banana bread recipe. It's a staple around our house as we hate to throw out over-ripe bananas and - more importantly - our kids love it.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan.
- Mix apple juice and sugar together. Add eggs and banana and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients and add.
- Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
