- Prehead oven to 350.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder in med bowl.
- Combine mashed banana, sugar, egg, and oil in large bowl. pour flour mixture in with chocolate chips and fold until all ingredients are mixed.
- Do not overmix batter. Pour into well greased loaf pan sprinkle additional cinnamon on top if desired. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
