I received this recipe from a friend, whenever we have ripe bananas it's my go-to recipe. It's simple and delicious! For a healthier version, sometimes I substitute egg beaters and splenda.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and egg until fluffy.
  3. Add mashed bananas.
  4. Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix well.
  5. Mix in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes, until edges are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.

I made this into mini loaves baking with my daughter, they are heavenly and so decadent!!! Wouldnt change a thing!!!
