My DH and I went into a liquor store and 2 little bottles of Cruzan black cherry rum caught his eye! This rum is aromatic, sweet and smooth with a distinct character of fresh cherry. It's sweet, yet slightly tart. We brought them home and here is what I made.
- 56.69 g black cherry rum
- 56.69 g Creme de Cacao
- 28.34 g cream
- chocolate syrup
- 2 cherries
- whipped cream
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into 2 well chilled martini glasses.
- In a large shaker add first 4 ingredients add ice cubes to fill and shake very well.
- Strain into a martini glasses. Top with whipped cream and a cherry in each.
