A chocoholic's dream for breakfast!! These muffins are so moist and chocolate and give the hint of cheesecake too. Make a double batch because they disappear really fast. I use a 6 cup pan to make larger muffins.

  1. In medium bowl mix together flour,sugar,cocoa and baking soda.
  2. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla extract. Blend together.
  3. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
  4. Cream together cream cheese,egg and sugar.
  5. Top batter with creamed mixture.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate morsels on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
