These cheesecake cupcakes are so delicious! I make them all year round, for every occasion and just simply to have around the house. When you bite into one of these, you will cherish every morsel and you can't just eat one, I dare you!
- Cream together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Stir in chocolate chips, set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup of sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add milk oil, vinegar and vanilla to flour mixture, mix well.
- Line muffin tins with large paper liners. Fill each muffin tin with 1/3 and cake batter. Drop a large spoonful of cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
