  1. Grease and line 24 or 26 cm baking tin.
  2. BASE: Crush biscuits in food processor and add melted margarine, mixing only until combined.
  3. Press mixture into greased tin.
  4. FILLING: Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add melted chocolate, mixing well.
  6. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  7. Add sour cream, vanilla and salt, continue beating until smooth.
  8. Pour into tin.
  9. Bake 150C for 1 hour.
  10. Remove cake from oven, even though it's not set yet.
  11. Cool outside of refrigerator.
  12. Cover with foil and chill for at least 24 hours.
  13. Before serving sprinkle top with cocoa powder.
