  • TO PREPARE CRUST:

  • Mix chocolate wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
  • Add melted butter or margarine to crumb mixture and mix with a fork until completely moistened.
  • Press mixture into the bottom and up one third of the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  • TO PREPARE FILLING:

  • Mix together cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
  • Beat in flour.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Beat in sour cream.
  • Blend in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
  • Pour into prepared crust.
  • Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes then lower to 300 degrees.Bake an additional 45 minutes.
  • Turn over off the oven and allow the cake to cool off in the oven for an hour.
  • Remove from the oven and cool completely.Refrigerate overnight.
