Found on www.newenglandrecipes.com. Copycat recipe from Mountain Top Inn Resort and looks to die for! I didn't include chilling time of overnight.
- Chop chocolate and butter into 1" pieces.
- Melt chocolate, butter, Chambord, and water over double boiler and mix until smooth.
- Let cool slightly whisk in yolks and strain.
- Pour into 7"x3" loaf pan and let set overnight.
