Found on Copycat recipe from Mountain Top Inn Resort and looks to die for! I didn't include chilling time of overnight.


  1. Chop chocolate and butter into 1" pieces.
  2. Melt chocolate, butter, Chambord, and water over double boiler and mix until smooth.
  3. Let cool slightly whisk in yolks and strain.
  4. Pour into 7"x3" loaf pan and let set overnight.
