I use these on top of my best ever chocolate cake to hold up the chocolate triangles. Will post picture soon so you can see what i mean

  1. Combine the chocolate, butter, cream, sifted icing sugar and rum in a small pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter have melted; remove from heat.
  2. Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until semi-set.
  3. Using electric beaters, beat the mixture until it is creamy. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls combined cocoa and drinking chocolate until coated.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
