My 9 year old son made these with his friends. Easy and delicious! We cut them much smaller though, and got about 24 pieces. Perfect for school bake sales.
If you like a moist, cake-like brownie, you will like these. I had unexpected company, and I decided to try this recipe because it didn't use butter, and it was easy to make. I only had 1 cup of white sugar, so I substituted granulated brown sugar for the other cup. Even though I didn't grease the pan, they fell out when they were done. Delicious, and better when cold. Thank you for the post
I want to say that when we were making the batter it was pretty thick, but when the brownies were done, they turned out great! They were not to sweet at all and we could tell that they were homemade! Thanks so much and keep up the great work!!!
