- Bring cream to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
- Stir in brandy.
- You can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
- Serve warm sauce over warm chocolate Bread pudding.
This is amazing! I used Guittard bittersweet chocolate chips and Christian Brothers brandy. I don't even like brandy, but this sauce is incredible! I made it for my strawberry butter cake shortcake and it was so perfect drizzled all over it!
I made this using Godiva Liqueur because I didn't have any brandy. YUM!
