I got this from my father in law and saved it here as i think DH will like it.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Blend all the ingredients like listed above.
  2. You may need to add more flour or water.
  3. Divide your dough into 2 parts and form 2 strings, about 2 1/2 cm (1 1/2 inch) thick which means they are like 10x25 cm ( 4x10 ).
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
  5. Take them out and let cool for 10 minutes and cut them into biscotti.
  6. Bake them for another 10 to 15 minutes (twotimesbaked).
  7. Enjoy with your cappuccino.
