Chocolate Bananarollup

"This is an adaptation of a snack-like dessert I found online. The combo of flavors is quick and easy, and the presentation gives it an almost exotic feel."

  1. Gross and disgusting. I baked these instead of frying and they turned into a gooey, uneatable mess. Maybe they are better deep fried but I had to toss mine out because they were uneatable. What a waste of food!!!

  2. Yummy! I didn't measure the chocolate chips, but I think I probably put in less. I used the baking directions on the package instead of frying. We couldn't taste the banana in them, but they were still delicious - tasting almost like a chocolate croissant.

I'm a med school student that loves to cook. You might have guessed though that being a college student doesn't give me a whole lot of money to spend on ingredients and such. So instead, whenever I go home, I try to cook something new for parents.
