The taste was good, but I had problems with the consistency. I thought I had half a cup of soymilk to finish, but it turned out to be a whole cup... yet I still had chunks of ice in my smoothie!! I think next time I'll use crushed ice from my ice maker instead of relying on my blender to do the job. I even added some water to try and get it to blend properly, but that didn't help much either. I used half of a frozen banana, a heaping teaspoon of cocoa, and two packets of Splenda to counter the cocoa's bitter flavor. Thanks for posting!
