This is only one of many ways to make this shake, use any flavoured yogurt, extract or fruit combination. Prep time doesn't include freezing time of yogurt nor fruit.
- 8 ounces fat free chocolate frozen yogurt or 8 ounces chocolate, low-fat yogurt frozen
- 1⁄2 banana, frozen peeled
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
