A diabetic shake that's great!
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat milk (skim)
- 1 cup sugar-free vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free instant chocolate milk mix
- 1⁄4 ripe banana
- Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
My son and I love making milkshakes in the blender, we used the Breyers low carb vanilla ice cream. It was so good. Thanks Charlotte, we will be making this often this summer.
