This is a shake that I designed to be apart of a weight loss program for myself. It will be used either as breakfast or a 4th meal.
- 1 medium banana
- 28 g worldwide chocolate deluxe whey powder
- 6 ounces skim milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 large egg
- Blend all together in blender.
