This is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies when I'm on the fitness wagon. Instead of the cup of coffee you can instead use 1 Starbucks Via pack + 1c. water or a shot of espresso and water. I use vanilla protein powder.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cold
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons whey protein powder
- 6 -8 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in blender.
