I have crohn's disease so I am very limited to what I can eat and I found this to be quite delicious.

Directions

  1. Put in the 1/2 cup of crushed ice and chop them in the blender.
  2. Then you put in the rest of your ingredients in when the ice is crushed to your satisfaction.
  3. (If you want the smoothie to be thicker -- ) For a nice thick smoothie freeze for 15-30 minutes and enjoy!
