1/1 Photo of Chocolate Avocado Pudding
With 2 avocado trees, I am always on the look-out for good recipes. I found this in the December 2014 O Magazine. I am not clear whether this is 2 large Haas or buttery Florida style avocados....experimenting will tell.
My Private Note
Units: US | Metric
- 2 large avocados, scoop out the good stuff
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup milk (skim, 2% or whole)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder (espresso powder will work)
- 1In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until completely smooth.
- 2Chill, covered, in the fridge at least 30 minutes - overnight will do well.
- 3Place in serving bowls, garnish and enjoy.
- 4Does not include chill time.
