  1. Preheat 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 11" x 7" pan.
  3. Combine both flours, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Beat sugar& margarine till fluffy.
  6. Gradually add flour, alternating with applesauce till blended.
  7. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  9. Cut into 8 bars.
