This was toooo goood! I made this for Culinary Quest 2014 for breackfast (no alcohol addition!) and I would like to prepare this more often.
I made the chocolate syrup myself and I used on the bottom of the glass and over the extra whipped cream as well.
I prepared this only for myself in a high plastic bowl using the hand blender.
Thanks a lot for this winner!

Terrific frappe. I enjoyed this creamy, cold coffee, chocolate treat very much. It was quick and really easy to make with excellent results. I garnished this with 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream, a squirt of whipped cream and a good sprinkling of cinnamon. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely frappe. I made this for Culinary Quest 2014 for the Suitcase Gourmets.

Super yummy. I really enjoyed this. I opted for the whipped cream on top, and sprinkling cinnamon on top of the whipped cream contributed a lot of flavor. But the drink was very good all by itself, too. It was a very nice beverage that we really enjoyed. Thanks, momaphet. Made for 2014 Culinary Quest (South America).

I made this on 8/21, and all I can say is,,,WOW !! :) I don't like chocolate ice cream,so I used vanilla along with the almond extract. I also added a bit more syrup to the ice cream/coffee mixture.Topped the finished recipe with whipping cream & dusted with cinnamon. This was made for the South American portion for the Culinary Quest 2014. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "

Wow, is this ever good! I used 1 tbsp Kahlua instead of almond extract. I used very strong coffee. I plan to try it again with Bailey's Irish Cream. Dynamite recipe - Try It.

Made for the Goddesses & ZWT-9, I knew this would be a winner for me when I could get my coffee-fix plus a chocolate-fix at the same time. I used frozen chocolate yogurt & Emeril Lagasse's Cajun Chocolate Syrup, #503990 by Nif. YUMMY! Now I have quite a bit of leftover frozen chocolate yogurt & chocolate syrup. I wonder what I should do w/it? Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. :-)

A charming chocolate treat that made a great dessert for a hot afternoon. DH thought it was perfect I would have liked just a bit more coffee (may use espresso next time). I made using homemade chocolate syrup and cudge brownie ice cream (what I had on hand). Thanks for the post.

Tasty treat for this coffee lover. The almond was a bit strong for my taste buds (and my son's) but that is easily reduced the next time we make it. Love how easy it is to make at home compared to the high prices out at a coffee shop. Made for ZWT8.

Very good. I added more milk to make it smoother instead of shake quality. Used vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract. Forgot cinnamon but I liked it just like that.Made for 2012 Chef Alphabet Soup
