Remember that evaporated milk, including the non-fat variety, makes a great "half and half" creamer. If you don't want to use sugar, try about 1/2 packet of Sweet N Low or a whole packet of Equal. I found this recipe in Pop It, Stir It, Fit It, Serve It. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

  1. Add the almond and vanilla extracts and the cocoa to your brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.

This is terrific! I was surprised that so much flavor came through using extract instead of coffee syrups. It made a great cup of coffee for my cold winter afternoon. The only thing I skipped on was the cream as I usually drink my coffee black with a bit of sweetener and this recipe allows me to do just that with some added flavor! Thanks so much for posting this terrific recipe!

Great flavors. I have used the flavored Torani syrups for years, but I find by keeping an assortment of extracts in the pantry, I can save money AND control the amount of sweetness. This one replaces the chocolate, almond and vanilla syrup bottles for a fraction of the price, and tastes wonderful. :) Made for Winter 2010 Comfort Cafe game.
