Chocolate Almond Coffee

Remember that evaporated milk, including the non-fat variety, makes a great "half and half" creamer. If you don't want to use sugar, try about 1/2 packet of Sweet N Low or a whole packet of Equal. I found this recipe in Pop It, Stir It, Fit It, Serve It. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

This is terrific! I was surprised that so much flavor came through using extract instead of coffee syrups. It made a great cup of coffee for my cold winter afternoon. The only thing I skipped on was the cream as I usually drink my coffee black with a bit of sweetener and this recipe allows me to do just that with some added flavor! Thanks so much for posting this terrific recipe!
