OMG this is so simple to make but for lovers of coffee & chocolate this is pure heaven. Give it a go!
- Place a scoop of ice-cream into 4 small glasses.
- Pour 1/4 cup coffee into each glass and drizzle liberally with melted chocolate.
- Serve with biscotti or sponge finger biscuits.
This is a can't miss combination! I used decaff espresso and Recipe #353100 for the sauce. Scrumptious! Made for Best of 2010 Tag.
This is a delicious and so simple dessert. To make it a little more "adult" a splash of Kahlua can be added in addition to the espresso and chocolate!
