I found this in some of mom's recipes in an old shoe box. It was handwritten, so I hope it has no copyright problems to go along with it. Soon I plan to try it!!! If someone beats me to it...let me know if you liked it! I'm going to use ramekins to pour it into for starters.
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons dark rum, omit if currently attending AA meetings
- 3 tablespoons strong hot coffee
- 2 beaten eggs
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, shaved
- 2⁄3 cup scalded milk
- Pour all ingredients into a blender.
- Whirr until smooth.
- Pour into ramekins.
- Chill one hour.
