      We have a simular shake at the fitness center I belong to. Very good indeed. I omitted the unsweetened chocolate, and replaced the peanut butter with about 1 tbls of ground flax seed. It still has that nutty flavour and adds a little fiber.

      I gave this 3 stars. My future hubby and I really liked this protein shake. This was my first time trying protein powder. I made a change to the recipe. I used Jif peanut butter as that's what I had on hand. I will be keeping this recipe on hand for future use as I'd like to try it with the vanilla protein powder. Thanks for posting a really good recipe. Christine (internetnut)

      This is so very yummy Jen. Made this for DS who came in from a 5 mile run. It's so refreshing and DELISH. Followed your recipe exactly and used chocolate wheyprotein powder. I'll be making this for myself this week after a run and try it with vanilla powder. I"m sure it will be equally fabulous!!! Thanks for bringing this recipe to zaar.
