Very delicious. Perfect for christmas season.
- 100 g butter
- 60 g caster sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon preferred food coloring
- 150 g cake flour
- 150 g melted chocolate
- Cream butter and sugar till light.
- Add in color, essence and wine.
- Add in cake flour.
- Pipe out onto trays or use cookie press.
- Bake at 165C for 15-18mins.
- When cool, dip partially in melted chocolate.
