Chocadamia Delight

- 2 cups finely crushed shortbread cookies
- 6 -7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 ounces macadamia nuts, cut in half
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1 (225 g) package white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 square dark chocolate, melted
directions
- Combine cookie crumbs with butter; pat into 11-inch tart pan with removeable bottom. Sprinkle bottom of crust with half of the nuts.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand, white chocolate and egg. Pour into pan and sprinkle with remaining nuts over top.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven 25-30 minutes or just until set. Cool. Chill, if desired. Drizzle dark chocolate over top.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
