a little bit of a different salt for cooking. Amounts of each are a guess it was'nt specific, could be altered to taste.
- Add the chives to the salt.
- Place on a pan, bake mixture in oven to dry the leaves and blend flavors.
- Store in airtight jar.
- Could dry it in a dehydrator as well, might be quicker (i do).
