Chipotle Veggie Dip

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chipotle paste (or too taste)
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Taste.
- If it's not hot enough, add more chipotle paste. But, be careful. After you chill this a little, the chipotle seems to come alive.
- Serve with veggies or chips. I like to serve with carrot sticks or baby carrots, grape tomatoes, celery sticks, and cauliflower (double up on carrots as they seem to go first).

Love to Grill. Currently use a Webber Genisis 2000 (3 burners). Have a large, texas side saddle smoker, but have only used it once. Hope to find more time and more uses for it.
